In order to receive a copy of any information that we currently hold about you, please send your contact details including address, proof of identification (such as a copy of your passport or driving licence) and enclosing a cheque for £10 payable to Lapworth Scarecrow Festival to cover administration expenses to the following address: Arden Cottage, Old Warwick Road, Rowington, Warwick, CV35 7AD.

 

We allow you to challenge the information that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have information erased, rectified, amended or completed. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a copy of your information, but will give reasons for our refusal. We do, however, allow you to challenge our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your information.

In order to successfully complete a registration, you must also consent to us contacting you by e-mail and SMS (opt in), by post and telephone (opt out) and through any other means of contact that you choose to provide to us.

• to provide you with information about events and other matters relevant to the Lapworth Scarecrow Festival or which we consider may be of interest to you;

• to share your information with our carefully selected partners for the purposes of informing you of goods, services, promotions, offers and forthcoming events which we consider may be of interest to you;
